It’s ridiculous how people hate her because she’s gay. I'm neither gay nor straight, but I at least have grown to respect all people. She may be a liberal, but at least she does make some interesting points about things - despite being a comedian of sorts.

But you know what, regardless of what she thinks or believes, I still respect her and her shows never fail to make my day. I don’t hate people just because they aren’t like me or because they don’t share my beliefs. I respect them more for bringing a new outlook to life.

And I like how Ellen’s show always starts off with her doing a dance and being cheerful about life.

That’s how I want to be.

I want to enjoy life and cherish all the types of people who are in it.
